Creating a Rule for Filtering Emails

1. Click “Settings”

2. Click “Mail”

3. Click “Rules”

4. Click “Add new rule”

5. Give your Rule a name

6. Click the dropdown box to add a condition

7. Click the type of condition you want. In this example, I chose “From”.

8. Click the dropdown box to add an action once the condition is met

9. Choose an action. I chose to have emails “Mark as Read”

10. Click “Save”

Congratulations! You’ve created a rule for filtering your emails.
